The 8800 rolling plastic tool case series features several styles. Field repair technicians will appreciate how rugged and durable these plastic tool cases are. Like all the 8800 series plastic cases the 8800 rolling tool cases are rotationally molded. This means that the corners are much stronger than vacuum formed plastic cases. The 8800s plastic cases are made from high density polyethylene with vertical ribbing for added strength. They have a rugged aluminum frame, positive-action lid stays, molded-in feet and a full piano hinge. The handles vary by model. All of the 8800 rolling plastic tool cases accept optional 14.00” large pallets. See our Tool Case Pallets and select from large sizes. The “TW” version plastic cases all have two semi-recessed wheels and a 37.00” telescoping handle (pictured to left). The “STW” versions (pictured above) all have four semi-recessed wheels and a 42.00” telescoping handle. The “Q” versions all have quarter-turn twist latches and padlock loops for an optional padlock, such as our TSA 61-6147. The “CLF” versions have two keyed draw bolt latches and a combination lock. The accessory wheel replacement kit part number is 09-6543 (one wheel). The replacement latch and handle kit for the 8803 and 8804BQTW is part number 09-5198 (black). The telescoping handle replacement kit for the “TW” versions is part number 51-5087 while the kit for the “STW” version is part number 51-5105.
